Impero & Elwood Merge to form Rosel Sherwood

It’s hard to believe it’s been 14 years since I set out on a journey, establishing Impero Management Group as a Project Management company. It’s been one hell of a ride, from the heady days of the Pre-GFC world, to the “New Normal” of the Post-GFC world. Through it all though we have slowly built and consolidated a strong business base and in 2015, together with Chris Sherwood, we established Elwood Property Group to work alongside Impero providing commercial and tenant driven outcomes.

Over the last 2 years our business has grown and we are now expanding into Brisbane and as such it’s time for a new combined brand and a new image that clearly defines what we do and how we do it.

As most of you know, Chris and I have over 30 + years’ experience in the property development and investment industry and have worked for some of the major developers in Queensland, as well as establishing our own businesses over the last decade. This significant experience, combined with a post GFC market that over the next decade we believe will provide exceptional opportunity and growth, has proven the right time for us to rebrand and expand.
